Harry’s Nuts continues to expand with the addition of The Co-operative Food to its outlets.
The Fairtrade nut range’s crunchy peanut butter will be available in 250 stores from Wednesday.
Talking on the launch in The Co-operative Food, Harry Hill has said:
Great news that The Co-operative will be stocking Harry’s Nuts! Crunchy Peanut Butter – and in so many outlets. This peanut butter is so crunchy and tasty that many squirrels actually prefer it to other brands. Unfortunately they can’t get the lids off so if you see one struggling with a jar in the park please help them out as winter’s not far off
Brad Hill, Fairtrade Development Manager at The Co-operative Food, added:
The Co-operative has led the way in Fairtrade development since its inception, so we are delighted to be stocking Harry’s Nuts! Crunchy Peanut Butter. We are sure that our shoppers will love it.
This new addition now sees the range available in selected The Co-operative Food stores, alongside selected Sainsbury’s, Oxfam and Waitrose stores.
Liberation Foods Commercial Director Dave Roberts said on the launch:
We’re delighted to see Harry’s Nuts! Crunchy Peanut Butter in The Co-operative. All of our peanuts are grown by smallholder co-operatives in Africa and Latin America so this is a perfect match for us.
