TV Burp Writer Goes Eurovision With Twitter Takeover

TV Burp writer Dan Maier is taking over Eurovision in the UK on Twitter for this year’s finals.

He is taking over the BBC’s official Twitter, @BBCEurovision, for the two semi finals, which are tonight (Tuesday) and Thursday, as well as the big final on Saturday.

The episode, one of the Extreme editions, attracted 647,000 at 8pm, which represented 2.7%.

TV Burp Art Exhibition Returns For New Showing

Anna FC Smith’s TV Burp exhibition, BURPology: Harry Hill’s TV Burp as Carnival, is returning for a new showing.

The exhibition will be opening in Wigan on 20th April and running through to 12th May. The new location for the exhibition is a homecoming for the artist and the end of a year long project, which was funded by the Arts Council. The exhibition was previously shown at Coningsby Gallery in London.

The exhibition features a range of pieces from varying media based on the show and as a configuration of European Carnival (1300-1700). The pieces include drawings and watercolours alongside papier-mache, knitted items and more. Alongside Harry, Mr Blobby, Wagbo and Heather are amongst those featured in the exhibition

An accompanying book for the exhibition will also be available to purchase.

As per the London exhibition, Harry’s Nuts will be sponsoring the exhibition with free nuts and also entry is free.
